Furniture show sees rise in demand from exhibitors

Published on: September 19, 2011 | admin

The forthcoming Cologne Furniture Show looks to be the biggest yet as it has seen double digit growth in the number of people who want to exhibit.

Set to take place in January 2012, the show will play host to around 1,000 exhibitors, with many of the people planning to attend coming from overseas, Furniture World reported.

"After the imm Cologne got the furniture year 2011 off to a dynamic start, the event is forging ahead with a strong wind at its back," said Frank Haubold, Director of imm Cologne.

There has been a range of new registrations across all areas of the exhibit, with the current strong Germany economy stated to be encouraging firms to show off their products at the event.

Set to take place between January 16th and 22nd next year, the conference has already signed up names such as Jansen Furniture, Time Connection and Trupti Expo Crafts.
